Since it's inception I've had problems with the way CPC has been rolled out by the government and various legislative bodies and while it still isn't perfect (that is something is probably too subjective to actually reach anyway) the way it sits now is miles better from when it was first introduced. John took a subject that makes most drivers roll their eyes and shake their heads and made it engaging and fun and opened up discussion about the specifics of how the rules affect us as drivers within our own operation making them far easier to understand. John is also the first trainer I've had who has suggested actually doing a demonstration of how to do a manual entry using a truck that our drivers use rather than one of the various ''simulators'' available online.
